3. How We Process, Share and Retain Your Photos, Video and Image Data

When you generate an image or video, copies used only to run that generation are:

• Uploaded to secure servers for AI processing
• Processed using our AI technology and trusted generation providers solely to create the result you requested
• Automatically deleted from our processing systems, typically within 24 hours after generation is complete

3.2 Account History and Cloud Storage

If you use Family Pictures with an account, we store photos, videos, and generated results in your private account storage so you can keep a history in the app. This may include:

• Photos you add for family members and other reference images
• Generated images and videos
• Related details such as when an item was created and which family members it belongs to

We keep this history so you can view, save, and manage your creations, and so signed-in users can restore them if they use another device. These files are stored in your account and are not made public.

3.3 Local Storage

Photos and generated portraits may also be stored locally on your device in the app's private storage. You can delete history items at any time through the app.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:
